Billy Nolan
Chief Development Officer
Billy joined Verne as Chief Development Officer in 2025. He is responsible for the development of all Verne’s future data center capacity, both at its existing sites and at additional strategic locations across the Nordics. Before joining Verne, Billy spent nearly 30 years at EPC firm Atlantic Projects Company (APC), including seven as CEO, leading the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects worldwide.
