News: Verne appoints Roland Chedlivili as Managing Director of France

Verne, the leading provider of low-carbon, high-density data centers across the Nordics, today announced the appointment of Roland Chedlivili as Managing Director, France.
This appointment highlights Verne’s commitment to France as a priority market in its European expansion strategy, backed by Ardian’s $1.2bn investment in the company. Chedlivili will lead Verne’s entry into France, developing new low-carbon, high-density digital infrastructure to support the country’s AI, HPC and enterprise-scale workloads.
Chedlivili brings over 20 years of leadership experience in digital infrastructure, connectivity and strategy. Most recently, he served as co-Managing Director of TowerCo TDF, one of France’s leading telecoms firms, where he drove business growth and transformation. Earlier in his career, he was Strategy, Development & M&A Director at TDF and a Principal at global consultancy Arthur D. Little, advising on digital infrastructure, technology and growth strategy.
